Bitcoin investment should only be done in a consistent manner, so that you can deposit Bitcoin at an average price consistently without worrying about the price. This will always give you more effective results, but those who do not understand the possibility of continuity will always be deprived of this opportunity, as a result of which they will not be able to achieve the expected and sufficient success from Bitcoin, but they will most of the time be in more losses.
This might discourage those who invests in a lump sum and they don't DCA. They will be called as inconsistent investors if that's how they do and don't have repetitive actions of buying.

But, they are not worried with the price actions of Bitcoin and they're confident that the lump sum they did is going to bring them into better future.

So, IMO lump sum or consistently done is good for both. As long as they're buying their Bitcoin and they're trying their best to accumulate, that's all that matters. And, these lump sum investors doesn't mean that they are not going to add any money to their holdings when they have some money prepared for it.
