Am I surprised with the balance of the odds? Not at all... It's normal to expect PSG to go for a back-to-back. You've all seen how they crushed everyone in the CL previously after league phase ended.
The biggest obstacle has been English teams... I see Liverpool as a bigger threat now. I'm not sure about Real Madrid yet. We need to watch Xabi Alonso's system more. Barcelona can once again try their luck with Hansi Flick's great game plan.
The bookies still think that PSG has the possibility of winning the Champions League back to back but I think that they should have given that odd to Liverpool, PSG can take the second odd but as for Barcelona and Real Madrid, giving both teams equal odds is understandable because they have a balanced strength. Though we are seeing Liverpool to have the likely possibility of winning the Champions League but I just hope they don't mess around as they did last season. Hansi Flick and Xabi Alonso will also be looking forward to win the Champions League and for the fact that Barcelona only stopped at the semis without reaching the finals will make them to struggle to get to the finals while Xabi Alonso will also try to prove himself to Real Madrid as their new coach after the exit of Carlo AncelottiPSG : 6.00
