For me, I started the right way - I can still recall the exact amount I first deposited into my gambling account, it was around 100 naira (in my local currency) and I managed to make it into 700, I got really really excited and kept depositing little by little, I was afraid to increase the amount because I had this thought of not being able to go back to depositing little amount once I have tasted the thrills of having a huge sum in my account, so I just went ahead with the little amount.

At some point I strayed from having fun to chasing profits, during that period I did struggle a little bit with addiction, not massive but just a little one and then I stopped gambling for up to a year and some months before I came back and now I can go months without even think of gambling and won’t feel a single thing about it, and I’m not really gambling for the profit right now, and just for fun so I think I am still on a great path and hopefully it continues like this.
