If you're working in a company where you can't have free time or space to look into other business/ investment you have every right to quit from  the Job and look for a better one, you can't been spending all your time in a job that your monthly salary can only be due to take care of your expenses without having enough leftover. I could remembered working in a company where I don't always have time to making other business plans,  and the money they were paying is not even enough to take care of my expenses so I decided to quit and then look for a better one. So if you see that your job will deprive you from this things then, you have to look for a more decent one. As a matter of fact there are a lot of job out their that you will be giving some space to plan and also do whatever thing you wish to do for the betterment of your future.
