today was a really nice day. i can't even describe how good i feel right now. it's a different kind of pleasure when your work goes smoothly all day and you end the day with a clean, sweet tiredness. my eyes feel a little sleepy, and after this report, i'm going to get some good sleep.

in today's world, there are so many events that can upset us on a micro and macro level, but none of them affected me today. i hope your day was as pleasant as mine.

along with the push-ups, i also did about 25-30 pull-ups, in 3 sets total. the push-ups were 5x30, as usual.
