Short take If gambling feels like income, addiction is already knocking. Treat it like paid entertainment or don’t do it. Set hard limits, block the apps, tell someone you trust, and take a 90-day no-bet break. If you can’t stop, get help from a counselor or GA.

My man, ninety days is way too much, even for the average gambler who could not be considered to be someone addicted to gambling, if you think about it. You are talking about nearly three months with no bets/gambling whatsoever, that is rather an exaggeration, responsible gamblers would bet like once a week or twice a month, some of them even daily, with relatively small amounts.

Also, you are over-estimating the scope there is when comes to mental healthcare in countries that are not rich, sadly if one needs to get mental healthcare, then one is expected to pay for it, there is no free choice for most of people in the developing world.
