If it is ERC20 chain, on chain transaction fee is higher than other chains like BSC, Tron, so if there is an existence of minimum withdrawal value, it should logically be higher on ERC20 chain than on other chains like BSC, TRC20.
You can try to submit USDT withdrawal on BSC and TRC20 chains, and hopefully you will see lower minimum withdrawal figures.
