Any chance you can provide evidence backing up your claims, like screenshots of conversations (chat, email, etc) you've had with their support? Anyway, from what I've seen here in the forum, it is not uncommon for casinos to take days to review someone's KYC, so perhaps lengthening your patience a bit more.

I think you need some patience. Shuffle is around for long time and maintaining a good reputation. Unless there are any suspension with your account the will not give you hard time. Maybe you can wait a few more days and see how it goes then become worry.
