I will like to know how quickly do you forget a painful loss and bounce back. I hate losing and after a big loss I will be frank I don’t forget it immediately although I don’t let it define my next game but it takes a while for me to forget a big loss and the best way I forget about a loss is how fast I can have a win in my subsequent games.

You can't. There's no easy and quick way. Accept that you are human after all, and you need to deal with your feelings lol.

Time will tell until you will realize that you have already moved beyond it.

If you can't deal with your big loss, then gambling is not for you. Better quit for good.

Just because someone cannot deal with a big loss doesn't automatically mean that gambling isn't for that person. First of all being a gambler doesn't mean that you should be a high staker, a lot of people mistake being a gambler with being an irresponsible gambler. Gambling moderately is key whether you think you are poor or rich. It is hard to deal with big losses, even those that are mature enough would not get over it quickly
A big loss is a big loss because it is the amount of money that you cannot afford to lose and it must affect you negatively. Some people might have used the money given to them to keep in their custody to gamble. Some use their Boss funds to gamble and lose it all. It becomes a big problem for them to tackle. This is why we see some gamblers commit suicide for not being able to cope with big loss.
