There are so many things you start to gain as a self employed person aside the freedom you get working for yourself you also have the decision to make for the things you want and the things which you don't want when you are your own boss. Working for yourself gives you the liberty and motivation to work extra hard knowing that the profit and loss comes to you if the business turns out well or bad.
You mentioned the advantages of working for yourself, but do not forget that there are also many disadvantages, such as the fact that all the responsibility is on you. You have to work much more than you did at a regular job. There are taxes you are personally responsible for, and failures in business can be difficult to deal with. If we talk about freelancing as a form of self employment, there is also the risk of being left without orders or work tomorrow. Therefore, in any case, there will be both positive and negative sides, and you need to weigh them and understand what suits you best.
Everything obviously has its positives and negatives because after all, even though it would be very comfortable to be your own boss, but of course we know that the risk of the worst possibility or there are things that we don't expect when it happens then we just have to try to solve it ourselves because we don't rely on others in the end so we ourselves have to solve the problems about it.
This is a reasonable risk so that the benchmark is now when we want to start by becoming a boss for ourselves or doing an independent business then we must be prepared with these risks because it is a risk that cannot be bargained for in the end.
Therefore, even though it will look profitable but when we are not ready for the risks we have, being a boss for yourself can be difficult because the challenges will be very different.
