Yes, that's true. Gambling can sometimes become a serious problem for poor people. They tend to gamble with the goal of winning, but instead of winning, it actually leads them deeper into the trap. This is also the result of their own wrong behavior. These individuals tend to focus too much on gambling, making it a priority in their lives.
I believe the commonality between people who gamble is that they want to win, even those who gamble for fun.
Because they have the hope - and i dont blame them - of improving on their winnings with a big win. Let's say it's the hope of making a real breakthrough, something they'd never be able to achieve with hard work.
In these cases my heart breaks. When they have even the slightest hope, what do you do? Take it away?
