i do something similar, and as long as your emails aren't randomly generated (you create them yourself), you are not gonna lose track of which one is for what.
and if you are using a paid email service like protonmail, the cheapest email plan they offer get you 10 email addresses, and they are all managed under one account, so it's even easier to keep things organized.
What is the benefit of paid email service, when you can install email client to pc or mobile, add all possible emails and get notification as soon as you receive something, additionally to everything being synchronized? I run things like that. I have several emails that I use for private, bunch emails I use for registration for different services, and few emails that I use as a junk box where I am ok to receive spam, scam and flash them everywhere without worried that I would receive lots of crap later.
Yeah, I don't see a point in using a paid email service when you can open a bunch of Gmail addresses and use them for anything. Additionally, Gmail has a very good spam filter so you won't be getting a lot of spam. The only problem is to remember which email you use for gambling, which one is for social networks and so on.
