We always talk about addictions, about how to gamble to achieve better results, but the topic of what goes through the mind of a healthy gambler is almost never touched upon.

Healthy gamblers are the majority. I wonder if there's something we all have in common that keeps us on the right path and never oversteps our limits.

Perhaps it has something to do with the time we dedicate to gambling, whether we do it for fun, or even if we have other things that take up most of our free time, like family, sports, exercise, or spending time with the people we love.
A healthy gambler never transgresses limits in his gambling, especially never crosses the limits of his greed. At the same time, even though he has good relationships with his family, family members, job, and friends, he still participates in gambling if he finds time. He never participates in gambling in a position where his relationship with his family members may be damaged. He participates in a budget in a way that will not cause any financial problems. A healthy gambler means his brain is healthy, his environment is healthy, his plans are largely based on the judgment of his healthy brain. He basically participates in gambling to pass the time and for healthy entertainment.
