I don't think that Manchester City would be that good to be considered a strong candidate for winning a UEFA Champions League title. Because the previous season was really bad for then even still they are feeling a bit hazy in team performance and that's why I believe that Manchester City wouldn't be able to win the UEFA Champions League titles or be considered the favorite for the title... Despite Inter Milan also looking weak. Like after the departure of Inzaghi, Inter Milan didn't even make any sense.

Moreover, if I picked up the top 5 candidates for the UEFA Champions League titles, then I would choose Barcelona for the top spot, 2nd would be PSG, 3rd would be Liverpool, 4th would be Real Madrid, and the 5th one would be the rest.
Considering the performance of Manchester City against Tottenham in the Premier League, Manchester City cannot be considered as a favorite team in the Champions League. They did not perform well at all last season in the English Premier League and the Champions League, if we take the players who were in their team last season, their club has the same players this season, so there may not be a significant change in performance from Manchester City. Manchester City's exclusion from the list of favorite teams means the exclusion of a strong team, which will increase the chances of other teams that are there to perform well in the Champions League. Although Manchester City is not considered a favorite team for the Champions League, PSG, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich are all considered favorites.
