The better for Napoli to walk away from the deal, then find an undervalued striker. Paying 45m for Hojlund is a total non sense. He's not even worth that much. His serie a performance ain't impressive too. Wasting such big money on him is obviously a big mistake.
He's not good as a starter and so pricey to be used as a sub. If they get him in his Atalanta version, that's fine. However, his form has been downgrading so hard. With so many strikers available in the market, it's absolute non sense if they go for him.
If they're going to spend that much money on him, they need to have high expectations and trust in him. If Hojlund is going to play like he did at Man U, there's no point in Napoli paying £45 million for him. It would be a risky transfer. Of course, they might be the ones choosing him, perhaps believing they can create a Gyökeres.
Much more prefer to take him as loan only with option to buy, but not a mandatory. They should have known how good or bad Hojlund, and whether he meet their expectation. Buying him for 45m without even knowing whether he can improve is terrible bet.
If were doing it, i deserve to blame myself to be stupid enough.
