I think it should be fixed amoun since I received the same amount in the last 3 birthday bonus IIRC, at least the last 2 were the same amount), cant really remember the one before the last 2 bonuses.
There will be a difference if you have a VIP host because there is also birthday bonus from the VIP host, so there are 2 birthday bonus for those who have VIP host.
