Good point. I’ve also noticed that when people outside of our crypto community see the word “app,” their first thought is always App Store or Google Play. Very few of them would ever think of Telegram mini-apps unless they’re already deep into crypto or Web3 communities. That makes it harder for a casual user to even take the first step, because instead of testing the promo, they end up frustrated just searching for something that doesn’t exist in the usual stores.
Maybe the project should make it more clear right away that this is a Telegram app — even a simple line like “Open in Telegram” with a direct link could help avoid confusion.
Very true mate, not everyone is deep into tech or crypto to understand some certain terms and since there are many newbies and visitors who'll come across such and pick Interest to participate but would get confused on how to locate TonStation's app on Telegram due to the word "App". Therefore, it's best to be more specific so more people won't get confused. Advertising on this platform means they need more users from here so to avoid confusing potential users they need to be more specific with words for clarity sake.
