There's no way it should be normalized when it is going to have some negative implications to the younger people who are also watching the games. These TV channels are paid handsomely for those ads and to see the worse side of it, they display the ads within just a short frame of times simultaneously and you might not even enjoy the game because of how ads continuously interrupts the it. I wouldn't want this to be normalized.
Since children will also be in the stadium, gambling ads should be regulated. They can decide to have a section where children will sit and will not be exposed to the gambling promotions. With the popularity of online gambling monitoring children is now very difficult. So we should set some boundaries that will shield the next generation.
I don't see how this is being possible. As far as I know, it is not possible to separate kids or children from adult an be in a place where they can't have a view of gambling ads. Although it may be done but if it's easy as we think why haven't they attempt to try it out for a long time now. But rather this ads are being displayed everywhere even where children are not sopos to view. The fact is that if this boundaries has been set, does it mean those children will be in that premises forever, No. Certainly they will move from one location to another. For example if I'm the stadium children are kept in a separate place to avoid being exposed to Gambling ads, what if after leaving the stadium does it mean they can't have a view from bill board, from watching TV at home or from Gambling ads on the mobile device? So if you ask me I will say those idea about separating kids doesn't change anything.
