The thing I do when I'm not gambling is definitely working. I only gamble for 1 hour at most a day, so currently my gambling situation is still good because it doesn't interfere with my work time and when I'm with my family, I prefer to play online games rather than gamble for more than 1 hour.
Everyone has their limits and what actually works for them. Personally I think gambling for an hour might be too much if you are focusing on reducing losses and trying to gamble responsibly. The longer you keep on gambling the more money you lose, from my experience the only thing that can keep a gambler actively gambling for an hour is probably when you are chasing losses and this can end negatively
If you aren't an addict then I don't see any reasons why one should spend an hour on a gambling site for chasing money, it going to be more draining if such user is on a casino platform where Instant play and result is been displayed, a lot of chasing looses are on casino and that's what this user was up to while spending an hour on gambling site.
Spending an hour gambling is not encouraging or advisable but it doesn't mean that anyone who gamble for an hour is an addict. Sometimes people can gamble more than 2 hours depending on the state or mood they are, if someone is winning back to back I don't think it will be so easy for the person to stop and walk away while their luck is shining this is one of the factor that can make one gamble for an hour or more and if someone is losing and they are eager to recover what they have loss, then this gambler can also stay for long until his eyes is clear that he can not be able to recover even if they play from that time till the next day.
