Everyone has their limits and what actually works for them. Personally I think gambling for an hour might be too much if you are focusing on reducing losses and trying to gamble responsibly. The longer you keep on gambling the more money you lose, from my experience the only thing that can keep a gambler actively gambling for an hour is probably when you are chasing losses and this can end negatively
If a gambler is winning, they can also still stay longer in a casino compared to how long they could have stayed when they were not winning, because the higher the winnings, the higher the amount they will have available for staking, which will extend their stay in the casino. Sometimes someone might actually not be chasing losses but might be trying to get to a certain amount so that they can withdraw, and they will just keep on rotating around a certain figure.
