I think this strategy is all about doubling your bet after a win giving the example stated above, no doubt this is all about luck nothing else. If we should double each win for a large profit in return might still not guarantee a win rather it depends on luck, is quite basic using $1 to start then afterwards you get a win in return by double betting at same time this is rare due to how unlucky gambler can be.
