I would say both because they are working hand in hand and I don't think I will be wrong for saying that the US is the main sponsor for whatever wrong that's going on in Gaza. Just today, all UN security council members has agreed that the famine in Gaza is man made and warned that the use of starvation as weapon of war is banned under the international law. For a long time now, Israel has halted all aids going to Gaza thereby restricting both women and children from getting medical care. In the same meeting, Amar Bendjama who's an Algerian ambassador spoke about the killing of Maryam Abu Daqqa who's a journalist killed in Gaza by the Israeli soldier.
