Forgetting your loss is not that easy mainly when the loss is huge, and you know wins does not easily come, therefore it takes a while before I forget my loss, since I don't have a choice but what I do after such experience is to take a break for a while, then I will come back to gambling, but if the loss is small I just forget about it and carry on withy gambling activities, it does not take me any thing.
I just suffered a significant loss in a gamble I played last night, but I didn't think much of it because I didn't use any capital at all, meaning I didn't make any deposits. I found a long-standing casino site that offered cashback, so I played there and managed to make a profit, but it soon disappeared again. I wasn't upset because that was inevitable, so I just accepted what happened and didn't dwell on it.
Unless, perhaps, there was an initial deposit, then we would think about the loss, or constantly think about it. The key lies in our own perspective on gambling.
If you used your capital in gambling you would try to be more careful about winning. It would be more logical for you to cash out the money you received from cashback. To reduce the risk of losing money you should play a combination of experience and skills in gambling so that the amount of winnings increases. You will have a high expectation of winning and if you lose in that game, the wound will take a long time to heal. As you said, you were not upset even after your money disappeared in gambling. One of the reasons for this is that you do not use your own capital and you have taken it very easily.

In reality, your attitude towards gambling is that winning can be of any size, small or big. When you are not afraid of losing your money in gambling, gambling will be more attractive to you.

Even though gambling with skills increases your chances of winning it doesn't mean that this should be relied on, there's still a chance that you might end up losing even with your experience. This is part of that reason why a lot of people have lost significant amounts of money because they stake extremely high believing too much in their skills and years of experience. Gambling is mainly about luck and timing

No matter how skillfully you gamble here, in the end it all depends on luck, and for this reason those who are overly optimistic about a strategy, and bet more than they can afford, will only end up losing more in the end. You can never bet with certainty here, having skills in gambling can help a little, but you should not rely on them completely, they believe in them too much, and when they gamble, they face big financial losses. So it is very important to know your limits, no matter how much you think you will win now, you still have to limit yourself and manage your gambling.
