People should not wait for the dip before accumulating Bitcoin it is traders who target the dip to accumulate and sell when there is an increase.
Waiting for the dip before accumulating will only make you accumulate just little Bitcoin because you are not accumulating regularly investor accumulate at any price level he never wait for Bitcoin dip before he can accumulate with the DCA strategy you can be able to accumulate at any price persistently either every weeks or months the dip should be an advantage to accumulate more Bitcoin and HODL.
Yes, the point is, if we invest in Bitcoin and intend to invest long-term, then continuously accumulating with DCA is the right move. I think doing so is very simple, but why are so many people still confused about it? Because I think investing in Bitcoin is easier than investing in stocks or real estate.
Because if we want to invest in Bitcoin, we only need discretionary funds, and then we can buy it immediately. Then, after that, use the DCA strategy and slowly build up an emergency fund to act as a hedge against our Bitcoin investment. If we're like that, we just need to accumulate Bitcoin consistently. I don't think it's complicated to do. But it's undeniable that many people are still interested in investing in Bitcoin for quick profits. So, with that in mind, investing in Bitcoin can certainly feel complicated. But if you invest patiently in Bitcoin, I think investing in Bitcoin is very easy.
I don't think I agree with your concept in saying that we need only discretionary income to invest in bitcoin, you can invest in Bitcoin using different income strategy, as long as it suits you financially, however most persons use discretionary income to invest because that's the spare money they have after spending on other necessities, this not to say that people who use discretionary income to invest with the mindset of reducing risk factor are out of place, but saying you only need descriptionary income to invest for me is out of place because there are individuals who intentionally want to spend huge amount of the money they have in investing on bitcoin not minding the risk factor others might shiver about, this is because Bitcoin has over the years proven itself that it's worthy of such trust.
I disagree with you dude, because no matter how much someone wants to invest in Bitcoin, that funds must come from the person's discretionary. Remember that an Investor always allocate funds to different needs and wants and these funds should be used for a specific task and so using money outside your discretionary is not advisable and it is a wrong investment and JJG has explained this before now. Even when we want to be aggressive, it is our discretionary funds we will use to...
Discretionary income means the money that is left after all expenses including basic needs of a person.
Well I agree that discretion can as well be used as for basic needs but don't still forget that discretion is a leftover money which means that all expenses like basic needs has been solve or settled before the discretion fund was remained. But Hower it can still be used for another purpose since it is a multipurpose and multidimensional fund which can serve as as leftovers fund and can still serve the function of many other backup funds. But let us not forget it usage otherwise it may well be misused instead of it sole purpose of Bitcoin investment and other minor kind of usage.
Now if someone wants to invest with money outside the discretionary, then it is not possible to do it regularly.
It is not even advisable to invest in Bitcoin from a fund outside discretion fund. Well there may be times when an investor maybe lacking discretion fund due to na having a regular cash inflow and may decide to dip into his emergency and or reserved fund but that doesn't mean it will be a regular thing. Perhaps it will just las within the period of lack of cash inflow but when there is a good cash flow there should be a need to invest properly from your discretion after settling all other expenses from you cash inflow.
A person may have various types of expenses in his daily life. Someone may be in debt, someone may have some other expenses. If a person uses that type of investment money, then he will never be able to invest with that money.
I find this statement a little bit problematic since your aren't explaining in detail what you surely mean by "that type of investment money". But however and investors should be able to have a good cash flow managemet to be able to arrange things essentially in a way it will never affect his investment joney. Now you talked about Dept and or loan, an investor who has a good discretion should not be taken loan to invest except he has a tangible reason to do so. Or he is expecting a huge amount to pay back that loan. But if not so a new investor into Bitcoin is soposed to settle all dept before starting investing into Bitcoin sothat there should be no distractions from his debtors, because distraction from deptors may leed you to selling your Bitcoin to settle dept and of course it's not a good financial planning. So that's why all this needs to be put in place to avoid improper investment.
