What do healthy gamblers have in common? In short, it is limits and restrictions. And in a very short form, it is discipline. But this is the negative side of the commonality of all healthy gamblers. If we write about the positive side of the commonality, it is the absence of strong, destructive emotions (the so-called affects). You have learned to keep your emotions under control and have become convinced that they are not so strong and destructive as to lead you to an economic crisis.
