Winna team has to make a lot of changes to their platform to make it more friendly to the users. They are charging fees for the withdrawal without mentioning anything about this on the withdrawal page. Initially, I thought that they don't charge any fees for withdrawal as nothing was mentioned about the fees there. But they had charged 1.2 USDT from me as withdrawal fee on BEP-20 network. That's not big, but it should have been displayed on the withdrawal page for transparency.

So, it sounds like the Winna team just lacked a bit of transparency about the issue. The $1.2 charge seems similar to the withdrawal fees at other crypto casinos I gamble at.
You do have a point, though, that they should have made that known somehow.

That way, other gamblers wouldn't think badly of them because of an experience like the one you had, dude. But shouldn't we also expect this kind of system from casinos?

For now let's give them some time to answer, maybe the representative has read the supposedly issues on the withdrawal and could have escalated it to the higher ups and maybe by this time they are discussing it. The rep is very active here in our community and as you can see he has been answering questions specially on the accusations that have been thrown on them. So for now, it might look like a priority, but as I have said, maybe it has been talked already or perhaps LM has asked the official rep to look at the issue and come back here to clear it out.
