Instead of using the word "stingy," why not say "less generous"? You may be quick to castigate these casinos that do not offer as many bonuses and promotions as other casinos simply because you are judging them from the outside, but maybe if you were internal staff and really understood the company point of view, you may actually understand why they've chosen to be less generous with promotions and bonuses. I feel that every action a casino takes is not without reason.

It should even come as no surprise to you that these casinos still have people who would rank them number one and would quickly recommend them to others like themselves who do not care about bonuses or promotions but rather focus on the quality of services that these casinos offer.
