Yeah this is happening because of the "you owe us mentality. The coaches are getting appointments not based on merits but based on connections they have and people that can do what the cartels want. This is a playground for most of the politicians because they choose people that they have relationships with to get into the national team. They're using their influence to give their people visibility without caring about how it's affecting the team play.
