While other countries are trying to ban gambling in their countries, there are countries like Sri Lanka who is trying to use gambling as a way to revive their economy. They are aiming to attract gamblers from India and China to contribute to their tourism. Do you think this will be effective? Do you think it is possible to revive a failing economy just from gambling revenue? Would you be willing to travel to Sri Lanka to gamble?

They must have conducted a feasibility study for them to consider tourist casinos as the best plan to revive their economy. If they can plan it and implement it right, then they will be on the right track.
There are successful countries that have made their country a gambling tourist hub, so they will have to pattern their plan after these successful countries.
The gambling industry is a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, tapping into it to help revive a failing economy is beneficial, but it requires significant improvement and marketing efforts.
