The representative probably checked the exact email content that you provided on your screenshot to match any conversation happened in the past to check their record if they really sent that kind of email.

I have an account here on cloudbet with few Bitcoin left that I forgot to withdraw in the past yet I don’t received this kind of email.

Just PM the representative account or use live support to get a quick reply and give your email address which the email was sent.
