Muhammad Rizwan joins the CPL as he is not part of the Pakistan team in the current events and in the series, and by the way it is for the first time that Muhammad Rizwan is playing in the CPL.
He is playing for St Kitts & Nevis Patriots and tomorrow is going to be their match against St Lucia Kings, I am excited to see Muhammad Rizwan here as he is suffering from his bad form and declined by PCB for T20 so it is a good chance for Muhammad Rizwan to make his comeback and may join the Pakistan T20 team too after the Asia Cup.
It's good decision by PCB to drop Muhammad Rizwan from T20 team because of his bad form and it's good opportunity for him to improve his cricket. We have that players doing good in T20 leagues are not able to do good in T20I because competition is tough in T20I compared to T20 leagues.
Babar Azam is also not included in T20I squad but he is stopped from playing CPL. There are news that selectors want him to remain available for Pakistan team. He is also not in good form and already availed so many chances, it's better to try new talent instead of him.
