Most probably this reload bonus is related to the VIP rank-up and account activity. I have also received an exclusive reload bonus like this from Shuffle in the past. The first time I received it in the January month of this year, then I got it again on the March month. I haven't received any exclusive bonus like that for the 3rd time as I have become inactive at Shuffle. They want to keep the VIP players active with these surprise bonuses.

I agree with your opinion this bonus is related to new VIP level or new activity because those who get it must have been actively deposit/playing in the last few weeks. Next I am curious about the monthly bonus with my new VIP level, yeah I know my activity is not that high here but I just want to compare it with other casinos.What’s new on their token? Do the tokens can only be exchange to other token on the casino already or do I need to deposit it first on CEC to convert it?
The site only provides exchange Crypto to SHFL while to exchange SHFL to Crypto you can do it on the market, if you don't want to bother just use Staking feature who knows you might be lucky in the lottery but read the T&C first because there is a minimum staking.
