I came late to this discussion  , now if someone does not want to have children then he should not get married. You don't need to be rich to raise children. Many poor people also raised children. Now you can say you don't need financial help from children in old age, but I will need care in old age. Who will take care of me if I get sick in old age? Children are God's blessings, however, I thank God because I am going to be a father for the first time.
