Actually Galatasaray has already been in talks for him. They have reached an agreement with Manchester City too but still no green light on the player side...

He must make a decision quickly before the transfer window closes; otherwise, he will only be a benchwarmer at Manchester City, as he is clearly not Pep Guardiola's first choice at the moment.
