Those who normally use the DCA method to invest in Bitcoin don't need to be told to buy Bitcoin during a dip because it is an opportunity they wouldn't want to miss. DCA investors buy Bitcoin at all times, irrespective of the price of Bitcoin.
As for those who are fond of waiting for the dip to buy Bitcoin, I see them as non-serious because even if the dip takes place, they still become confused about it, thinking it is not yet the dip they need to buy Bitcoin. Real Bitcoin investors just invest continuously as long as the money is available.
