It really good to recognize the risk of addiction and taking breaks when necessary can help maintain a healthy relationship with gambling, and aslo ot takes a another thing to be mindful of games that can be particularly addictive and setting limits can help prevent problematic, and aslo responsible gambling requires a combination of self awareness, discipline and smart decisions making. Pulse having a well good strategic can help gambler maintain control over thier financials and reduce the risk of financial difficulties.
You got it right, when we discuss about addiction some person don't see it as a serious thing, they feel it's shouldn't be discussed at all may be they think that there's no need for that and some of those that think this way might be addicted without being aware and still call it normal thing, as long as I gamble and know what gambling can do to every gambler out there if they don't dont take measures to curtail it excessiveness, I will keep advising the little I can to help people understands why they need to gamble and still stay safe while doing that.
People think they can avoid addiction easily but they will not realize when they become addicted to gambling. Gambling addiction comes slowly from the temptation to keep playing gambling without stopping. But if they don't play gambling too often and consider that gambling is a fun activity, they can avoid the addiction.

Yes, I do agree, in the beginning, we really don't know if we are into gambling addiction already. As usually there is this denial stage until it's too late. I admit that before, I didn't recognized the signs and symptoms as everyone in my circle are gamblers, including my wife. But when I lost my job and there was no money, that's when the time I realized that my priorities are wrong.

So when I got back, I change everything, I still gamble, but not like before. From time to time I will go online and play. Or go out with friends and families to play in land base casinos but that's it. No more returning back to my old self.

Respect if you really managed to cut down as much as you say. It’s hard for people to resist, even when something like losing a job happens to them. When you think about it, what does it take for a person to actually question the consequences? In general, you were lucky that you lost your job, because you realized some things and never went back to your old ways. It’s okay to gamble, but there should always be moderation.
