Before Raemus Hojlund came to Manchester United he was a very Brilliant player so if you are judging him by the performance at Manchester United alone, then that will not be fair enough because a player can actually be very skilled and brilliant yet his team can be a problem to him such that when he moves to another he will start doing even better so I feel it is possible at Napoli he could do great because there he has lesser pressure and some good support with team mates as compared to what he had at Manchester United.
I agree with you, sometimes the situation and team environment can bring changes to the players' performance and this kind of thing is commonplace. We still remember Lukaku playing very aggressively when he was with Inter Milan, then after moving to Chelsea his performance was mediocre well Rasmus Højlund might just experience it if he moves to Napoli or other teams in Serie A. Rasmus Højlund's transfer rumors are still unclear even though we know several teams from Serie A are interested in him such as Napoli, Inter Milan and Juventus but speculation says it is closer to Napoli.
