From the glance through the video, it is happening in the United States. Also not also States in United States but I'm some states. In my country, electricity is cheap but some people are going for solar in addition if they are rich.

What do you think, can individual solar not be used to replace the public electricity instead in those areas in United States? Or people earn a lot of money and able to pay for the electricity than other states?
