TonPoker might have chosen a unique niche and audience but they don't need to relax. There are alot of competition in this industry. They don't need to sit back and wait for breakthrough. Even if they are the first poker on Tg, it doesn't shut the door for other pokers not to emanate.
As honest as possible, TonPoker has to intensify promotion to make the brand popular. No matter how good you are, if people (Your target market) doesn't know you, you are still under the great shadow of others.
But being the first poker on Telegram, it is a good advantage for them if they make good use of it now, because that title of being the first poker on Telegram can't be taken from them. They need to be known, and not only that, but to build the brand well in all aspects.
If this is done, the traffic on TonPoker will be very high, and those who have known the brand to be better will always remain. It is hard for anyone to leave a brand that has been in existence for long, especially one that is also doing well, and switch to another brand that is just coming up.

Yea, it is a great fit to be the first. However, there are some challenges that comes with being the first. Those initial huddles would be cleared by the first while others coming later will learn from the mistake of the first. But if the first successfully deal with the initial challenges, that will be an everlasting breakthrough and win for the project.
