Are you referring to transfermarkt? I thought it was clear that they're unreliable when it comes to price. Their pricing is dictated by their contributors, and I doubt they have any relations to club scouting department. At the end of the day, the value is determined by the buyer/seller themselves. Not to mention the market is being inflated due to recent transfers. I can see how the agent negotiates the price by saying something like "if Jackson is priced at 70 million, I think Nick is more or less the same," and so on. CMIIW.
