When did Tottenham even make an offer for him?    I must have missed that part. Because I have only seen rumours linking him with Chelsea. But they focused on the Garnacho deal instead.

Great work by Tottenham though! Paying 60 million euros for him might seem risky maybe but he is really a talented midfielder. Still 22 years old too.
