I’m impressed with Xabi Alonso,s input so far. I can see a better playing style and a gradual build of good team work within the players, I also noticed he is getting a better understanding of how best to utilize his star studded team to the best of their ability. If they fully get an understanding of Xabi’s philosophy and team work they will be an excellent team to watch.
We have seen that Xabi Alonso is a skillfull coach. He is also doing a good job with Real madrid. Although Madrid's performance is still a bit inconstant , we can already see that the team is improving and the bonding between the players is getting stronger. Xabi Alonso has not yet found the perfect match strategy and formation for Madrid. In the first two matches, we have seen different strategies and formations from Madrid. After Alonso finds a specific match strategy, Madrid's performance will undoubtedly be stronger.
