After all, even Bayer was able to become the champion of Germany at a certain point, why can't Arsenal pick up the title that City dropped and which Liverpool, which picked it up, may drop?
It seems Newcastle have decided to sell Isak for £130 million after all, if Liverpool can make this transfer then the quotes will change in their favor again.
