Yes, I received a promising reply yesterday. It seems someone tried to access the account, which they mentioned could be due to malware. However, I'm now having trouble with the next step: signing a message with the wallet I used to pay for my Copper membership to prove ownership.
The issue is that it's been a long time since I made that payment, so I don't remember which specific wallet I used. I believe it was an exchange wallet, which I understand is not ideal for this purpose. I'm hopeful we can find a better way for me to verify my ownership soon.

Just explain to them what is at hand and request them if there is anyway you can prove account ownership but before that look through your old wallet for any clues because a signed Bitcoin message instantly proves that you could be the same person
Also, i hope you are writing to them using the account's original email address that was used to register it.
