This is so right. The younger generation don't even give importance with family ties. But the old one realizes that we've got one life to live and we're not going to stay on this world for too long.
That's the reason why family becomes a priority to the older generation. Whilst the younger ones is fed by the judgement and validation on social media and the society that they're part of.
I've been a kid and old, and I also want some gadgets when I was too young but didn't have it. Also, the older generations now feed themselves with the things that they cannot afford when they were young and poor.
