I strongly disagree that he isn’t intending to hit the trade market. Him stating otherwise is nothing more than him protecting his legacy and making the team out to be the bad guys while also giving them the best negotiating position available. If Giannis comes out and demands a trade the fans will hate him and teams won’t offer as much.
