None of this stuff matters much when there are legit scam accusations against them where they stole not just their customers winnings, but deposits too while providing some reasons of their own.
Many sites usually take the winnings of some gamblers while returning their deposits while only a few take their deposits too in a messed up manner. Smh!
If there are open scam accusations against this casino with proven evidence of taking gambler's deposits and winning, most especially not returned of deposits which account was and is the balance of the player, that is a total violation of the players right and a legit scam actions from such casinos, I hope this get to the the attention of the team.
When the evidence is legit, I don’t think there are many casinos out there that would want to confiscate both deposits and winning because of an alleged violation and simply because they have something written on their thread. At the very least, I’m often of the note that, the winnings be confiscated while the deposit should be returned to the same address from which it was sent. They need not be part of any money laundering practices just to abide by a policy. What we find mainly are accusations that are way too difficult to prove its legitimacy.
