Checking the charts, you can see that even when the market was a lot smaller with a much more centralized market (ie. 85% of the volume controlled by one exchange Mt Gox as opposed to today where like 5% at most is controlled by biggest exchanges) that made market manipulation easier, there was a big 10x rise from $110 to $1100 but it took roughly 4 months back in 2013. Then the next big rise (10x from $200 to $20000) took about 3 years. And this current 10x (from $10k to $100k) has taken about 5 years.
It's important insights about Bitcoin market and Bitcoin maturity as well as vulnerability over years.
If it already survived very well against many challenges, attacks, shocks in the past when it was younger, weaker and more vulnerable than now, it gives me solid belief that Bitcoin will have bright future ahead.
Bitcoin network hashrate was smaller in the past, Bitcoin market had very small trading volume in the past, but it did not die in the past. Hence I logically imagine that it won't die in the future when its adoption will be bigger than now, market trading volume is bigger than now, more demands of purchasing and owning it than now.
The Bitcoin history of price below shows that how Bitcoin did not die but has become stronger over years.
