We have to accept that Afghanistan is a very good team in T20s, but if you look closely, you will see that in today's match, Afghanistan lost their precious 6 wickets for 68-97. If a team loses 6 wickets for 29 runs, how can that team win the match after setting a target of 182 runs?
However, Afghanistan's Rashid Khan was able to perform somewhat better, but in the end, when Rashid Khan was dismissed for 39 runs, Afghanistan was all out for 143 and Afghanistan lost by 39 runs.

Afghanistan suffered a middle order collapse and that was one of the reasons why they lost the match. Haris Rauf was the destroyer in chief, and he was ably supported by Sufiyan Muqeem and Mohammad Nawaz. But at the same time, it won't be fair to blame only the Afghan batsmen. Their bowlers were also expensive, and Pakistan managed to get to a total of 182/7 because of that. The three spinners (Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi) were economical, but the pacers went for plenty.
