I did try that solution before and after you recommend me but still, my account is yet to be confirmed. Quite frustrated for me indeed. I will try to reach out the support when I have more time in the weekend. It can be about the cache, perhaps?
I have tried the same thing, and I can't seem to verify my email address after getting the link in the inbox. I click on the link, and it redirects to the homepage to show as though the account has been verified. On clicking withdrawal page, the email verification promoted still remains there and has not cleared.
Maybe Winna team need to work on this.
This issue (clicking the verification link but it redirects to homepage) exists since the first day imo because I experienced this issue too, I had to use the "resend" verification email several times before I could verify my email from the link sent from them. I registered more than a month ago and I did not see any complaint here so I thought it was my own issue but seems that it is a global issue when most players are having difficulty in verifying their email through the verification link.
